About our home

House is a 6 year old ecohouse with ground source underfloor heating, solar panel, tight construction, large 17 ft high ceiling sitting room with stunning views of the river going out to sea from sitting room or glass balcony, modern kitchen/diner, use of 3 year old Renault car, quiet country lane but can walk to very good pub, 5 mins supermarket. Sheep and cows at bottom of garden, stables next door. 5 mins from Atlantic Highway through Cornwall. 15 mins to Bodmin train station, also has steam trains and 15 mins Newquay International Airport. 4 hours to London but there's so much to do in Cornwall youmight not get that far.

Retail therapy: Wadebridge, Truro, Penzance
Bit of culture: Eden Centre, Minack Outdoor Theatre, Heligan, Llanhydrock House
Walks in the park: many woodland and moorland areas close by
