About our home

My home is a beautiful modern dwelling in the absolute best neighborhood in Ashland. I am located on a very quiet and private hill with stunning views of the town and the mountains. The historic downtown section is a fabulous 7 minute walk from my door step. I am surrounded by trees, hiking & biking trails, streams and lakes. Southern Oregon has some of the best Salmon and Trout fishing in the world and it is a short distance away. There is also a world class Ski resort at Mount Ashland about 20 minutes by car. The weather in Ashland is mild, much less rain than in Portland, the spring here is one of the best in the country, and the air is always clean and crisp. The world famous Shakespeare festival is legendary and it is a 5 min walk from my doorstep, so no need to worry about parking. There is an international airport 10 miles away with easy flights to LA, SF Portland and Seattle. The Restaurants and pubs in Ashland are some of the best in the state and extremely health conscience and Organic. This is an open air farmers market on Saturdays with local organic produce too. Ashland is very charming and will remind you of a quaint village in the Swiss alps or the south of France, yet the people are very progressive, artistic and extremely environmentally conscience and super friendly. This is a very green and healthy place to live and is the perfect place to improve your health and well being. This town is very sacred and the people here love and cherish it deeply.

The upstairs has dramatic views, a stunning modern kitchen, a master bedroom and bath, and a great deck for lounging eating and unbelievable star gazing at night. Downstairs has a fully functioning office with two desks, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a 43" plasma home theater and a German wood burning fireplace. There is also a large guest bedroom with a three person Inferred sauna, and a queen size bed. Lastly there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer downstairs, and another bathroom with a tub and shower as well. Out side I have a very nice yard with two small ponds and a waterfall with Koi fish. I also have raised garden beds with organic soil if you want to plant a garden. There is a 3 person hot tub outside as well that is very relaxing!
