Brooklyn, New York County

About our home

Located in the trendy Greenwood Heights/South Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, our home is just 3 short blocks from the train and 2 blocks up to the lively 5th avenue shops, restaurants, and bars. Everything is within reach in this area.

Our home was completed gutted and renovated last year so although it was built in 1910, everything inside is brand new.

The home has gleaming hardwood(hickory) floors throughout.

The kitchen is made for a chef(my husband and I share a mutual passion for cooking). It's equipped with a subzero fridge, an LG oven with infrared technology, dishwasher, 2 sinks, a large quartzite island, and plenty of lighting.

There is an open space living plan so you can be cooking and entertaining at the same time. Everything is large, modern and spacious with plenty of light.

We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and both have en suite custom bathrooms with tile throughout. The master bath has a deep soaking tub, a duel vanity, and a steam shower.

The house is outfitted with a washer/dryer, mini split air conditioning units in each room with remotes, and a central vacuum for easy cleaning.

The HIGHLIGHT of our home is our fully landscaped backyard with garden, lawn, and a covered patio. This rare feature in the city is your perfect oasis after a long day exploring the city. We have full electricity and an outlet outside so you can enjoy the space day or night.

Wifi is available as well as both Amanzon Prime, HBO GO, and Netflix during your stay.

Come stay in our Brooklyn Oasis and have the best of both worlds....the bustling city of NY and the peaceful tranquility of a home with a garden.

Pets can be considered on a case by case basis.
