About our home

Our house was built in 2008 by us in a small gated community in northern coastal San Diego community of Carlsbad. The house is about 5800sq ft and features a gourmet kitchen, media room, game room with wet bar, dance room and wine cellar. The yard includes a large pool and spa with outdoor fireplace and BBQ. Backyard is open to canyon views and Pacific Ocean.

The house is located within minutes to beaches of the Pacific Ocean, golf courses and spas at the La Costa, Aviara and Sheraton Resorts. Legoland amusement park is 7 min away with other parts like San Diego Zoo (30min) , Sea World (30min) and Disneyland( 60min) within short driving distance. Great restaurants , outlet and boutique shopping within 15 minute drive.
