About our home

Secluded pool, spa, deck. Garden and grove, you can pick your citrus of all types as well as avocados if you like.

Five TV’s throughout, one with large screen, well equipped modern kitchen, expansive mountain views near the town of Fallbrook CA, avocado capital of the US and maybe the world, exemplifies country California life style at its best.

From our house on a mesa, you can see interstate 15 in the valley below just minutes away giving you good access to the southern California area.

Winters are sunny and mild. It never freezes. Summers are warm but not hot with an afternoon sea breeze so that the air conditioning is seldom on. Weekly pool service and gardening service.

Bit of culture: Wine country in Temecula with numerous wineries and restaurants is minutes away.
Walks in the park: The San Diego Wild Animal Park is nearby, a unique open environment.
Spot of exercise: Beaches are 30 minute off.
Day tripping: Several casinos, too, are minutes away with restaurants and shows as well as gambling should you want to try your luck.
