Our house is a place where you will feel at home immediately, it has a warm atmosphere, a tropical feel, lots of comfort, luxury, all you need for an extraordinary holiday.
It has 4 bed- and 3+ luxurous bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large diningtable for upto 8 persons for great family dining and gatherings.

The house has an Exclusive situation; offers magnificent views on the pool and lake and allows you to enjoy all amenities at your doorstep !
A beautiful Resort style swimming pool with sundeck and Whirlpool, an elegant clubhouse where you can use the computers and printers free of charge. For kids there is a playground and at the clubhouse they can play games on the computers as well.
For relaxing days In the house: There is play station,games,toys, board games, card games & puzzles for the whole family. You can also enjoy cable tv in all bedrooms, dvd, filmchannels, dig.recorderdownstairs.
There is also a fax,pinter, scanner and an internet wifi connection for those who wish to bring their laptops.

To entirely relax after a fun exciting day you can enjoy our large whirlpool in the masterbathroom downstairs ..!

Our house is Situated in an enchanting upscale gated community resort; part of one of Kissimmees newest and most desirable residences.
a gated community with day and night surveillance.
The resort is quiet and rustic and has beautiful grounds with lakes, fountains and walking trails and around the lake are barbeque grills and picnic areas.
It is one of the best situated resorts, as from our house there are no traffic jams to Disney and Disney is just a 10 minutes drive. Numerous Outlets, Malls and Specialty shops, Restaurants and attractions are all just a stone's throw away from our villa! Indeed you Just need to venture out of your door to find a wealth of epicurean pleasures! Believe it or not: it would take more than 67 eight-hours days to visit all of entertaining offerings in Orlando!
