About our home

Have your stress melt away as you enter our 1920’s Spanish revival home on historic Pine Tree Drive (Pine Tree Drive is one of Miami Beach's most beautiful streets and features some of its most impressive mansions). Meticulously updated, with a full chefs kitchen featuring a Wolf double-oven range and SubZero and Bosch appliances, beamed cedar ceilings, extensive art collection, and an exotic tropical garden.

Our 3,500 square feet house features a bright master bedroom with king size bed, large separate dressing area and walk in closet. The master bathroom has a 12” rain showerhead, double person cast concrete soaking tub and double trough sink. Double French doors lead to the master’s private balcony.

There are two additional upstairs bedrooms, one with a full -size bed and the other with a full size and additional twin bunk bed above; each sharing a bathroom with a Kohler tub/shower and updated sink and fixtures. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, has a twin-size bed, has double French doors leading out to the swimming pool, and has its own small bathroom with a shower.

Sitting in a quiet residential neighborhood of the Mid-Beach area of Miami Beach, it is only a 5 minute taxi to the nightlight of South Beach. Our home and our art collection has been featured in several magazines including Miami Magazine and Plum Magazine (we can send you articles upon request) and the owners sit on the Board of Miami’s premier art museum (the Perez Art Museum Miami). Our garden has several areas to enjoy lounging and eating alfresco, and features many exotic orchids in the trees, tropical fruit trees, begonias, three fountains, a pond (with koi, water lilies, lotus and native Florida mangroves) and a large swimming pool. The garden was featured in the 2014 Miami Beach Botanical Garden Tour. The entertainment system features a Sonos multi-zone music system which ensures that you can enjoy music throughout the house and garden and the living room has a large 60" flat screen with Roku, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. and very high speed Wi-Fi which covers most of the house and the Florida Room has a 42" flat screen with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. The estate is walled for privacy with an intercom gate entrance.

Daily maid service is included 5 days a week and she can babysit upon request.
