About our home

Our home is a townhouse having three floors,living level,bedroom level and master suite on the third floor,with an additional sleep / reading nook on the fourth floor with it's own full bath, opening onto a roof deck . The townhouse has a large patio off the living area with a soaking pool and grill.Many restaurants deliver dinner also. It is set up for private outdoor dining and relaxing. It's located in a gated community called The Continuum in South Beach,which has a concierge and valet.There are three Har-Tru tennis courts,one lighted,several pools and opens directly onto the ocean, where there is a private cabana club, and serves lunch from the property's private outdoor restaurant , "The Patio". The property is at the end of the sand bar with views south toward Key Biscayne and Fisher Island. Directly South is an adjacent park ,which can be accessed from the beach or street. From our patio or the beach one views cruise ships as they leave Government Cut, making their way to the Atlantic Ocean. North are views of Miami Beach where one can walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Rd.This townhouse has an available covered parking place. There are shuttle buses that travel in a loop, a block from our property, taking one to Lincoln Rd., the Performing Art Center, New World Symphony, dining and shopping. One can also stroll Collins Ave. to both shop and view the many preserved Art Deco Buildings.Many very good restaurants are located in South Beach , which sits between South Pointe Drive and 5th St. This area is about 7-8 miles from the Miami airport.
