About our home

Our home has been completely renovated and is a modern gem. It is located just steps from the beach and bolsters both direct ocean and downtown city views. Our area is peaceful and quite yet just minutes away from trendy South Beach with its hot restaurants and nightlife.
Every piece of furniture inside our home was carefully selected not just for style but also for comfort. No detail was overlooked and our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens and towels, and high tech appliances.
During the day it is difficult to resist soaking up the sun on our beach which can be enjoyed all year long. The famous Bal Harbour Shops is just a 5 minute drive up the street and is another great way to spend the day.
At night there is so much to do on South Beach or if you are like us, you'll love a quiet evening on the balcony while overlooking the moon hit the water and enjoying the ocean breeze.
We have two luxury vehicles which we are open to lending to our swap guests.
Our building has 24 hour security, pool, gym, and lovely quiet neighbors.
We do not have any pets and keep an extremely clean home.
