About our home

OUR BEAUTIFUL TOWN HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1820 AND IS SITUATED IN A PRIVATE COURTYARD IN THE HEART OF THE UNRIVALED WEST VILLAGE IN MANHATTAN, NYC. THE COURTYARD IS FLOWER AND TREE FILLED AND IS SO QUIET YOU SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN - VERY UNUSUAL FOR NEW YORK CITY. UNSPOILED PERIOD INTERIOR WITH ORIGINAL WIDE PINE FLOOR BOARDS AND CLAW FEET TUBS. THE HOUSE HAS THREE FLOORS AND TWO SITTING ROOMS WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY AND A WORKING FIREPLACE.
