Situated amid a two acre desert botanical garden is our Arizona Adobe Ranch home; the perfect setting for the creation of lasting memories. Originally built in the 1930’s, this 6,000 sq ft home was remodeled by a noted local architect - an excellent adaptation of Southwestern style which transitions seamlessly into the 21st century. Wonderful outdoor spaces - including six patios to enjoy the views in any direction, a deck from which to enjoy the entire Valley of the Sun, pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating and eating spaces. The home comfortably sleeps 10 and each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite full bath. The home has been featured in local design magazines several times and been on home and garden tours on numerous occasions. The master bedroom/bath is not only a visual treat but has a romantic fireplace (gas), TV, steam shower, rain shower, private access to the outdoor hot tub, separate laundry closet, and his and her private grooming areas. There is a beautiful living room/library and dining room which seats 12; two family areas, breakfast room which seats 10 and plenty of outdoor seating and eating areas. The house is kid friendly and there are cribs and porta cribs available as well as car seats for your use.
