About our home

It’s a blessing, waking up in a sunny bright apartment over looking the bay, as sail boats sail under the Coronado Bridge, waiting for the sun to set over the Pacific Ocean, as it gives birth to the magical San Diego skyline.

This unique apartment is located in the historic land mark building, “El Cortez” http://www.elc.cc/ which sits on top of the Cortez hills over looking greater downtown.

Beautiful 7 minute walk to the bay and the ferry to Coronado Beach, walk to Balboa Park the Museum, and San Diego Zoo.

5 minute walk to: Little Italy, Horton Plaza Shopping, the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, in which includes the cities best Restaurants, Cafes, Night Clubs, Art Galleries, and.

10 minute walk to: Sea Port Village, The Convention Center, and Petco Park.
Easy access to all major freeways The 5, 8, 15, 94 & 15. Only 10 minute drive to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach and the International border of Mexico.
