About our home

We designed and built this home seven years ago with comfort and entertaining in mind. The neighborhood is ideal for biking, jogging, and chatting with friendly people. Children with fishing poles ride their bikes to the nearest shore to catch dinner. Artists and authors are drawn to this inspiring setting. Surfers and beach combers cross the bridge for the waves of the Atlantic. We enjoy kayaking through the endless pockets of the waterways and reading at the beaches. Sewalls Point attracts people who enjoy a relaxed tropical setting. The house is approximately 5,000 s.f. with a roomy master suite on the first floor opening onto the pool with jacuzzi and summer kitchen with grill, refrigerator, sink, and an outdoor shower. A massage table can be set up poolside or indoors. The family room is connected with a gourmet kitchen and breakfast booth which opens into the living room with a wet bar, piano, fireplace, and dining area. Another bedroom on the first floor has bunk beds just down the hall from the laundry room. The upstairs loft area overlooks the living room and opens out to a balcony. There are 3 queen size bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms. There is also a laundry facility on the second floor. A ping pong table remains set up in the garage which also holds half dozen bicycles. The house suits a couple or an entire family very nicely.
