Our lovely Belize Blue home was custom built by the owners to include every comfort. Two comfortable bedrooms, with queen beds. Two large offices that can be used as additional bedroom spaces.

A cozy library, with wall-to-wall books and TV/DVD. An open, sunny living room, with a romantic corner gas fireplace and a walk-out deck for outdoor grilling and dining. A large, well-designed kitchen and spacious dining room, suitable for happy family gatherings.

A wide and inviting front porch, with comfortable wicker sofa and rockers. A finished lower level Gameroom with ping pong table, Home Theater with X-box and DVD, and full bath. Lovely landscaping, with scattered benches.

Across from Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking or biking. Shared neighborhood boat access area. Short drive to Lake Norman State Park, with boats for rent, boat launch ramps and dock, hiking and biking paths, swimming beach, and picnic and grilling facilities.

Easy access to Old Salem, Davidson College Campus, Charlotte Race Track, and Charlotte, with all of its museums, concerts, art and theater, and Discovery Place.

Many excellent dining options within easy driving range, including lake view and outdoor seating. Other area options include: The Catawba Queen River Boat (lake cruises, dinner cruises), Joker's Dueling Piano Bar, The NC Auto Racing Hall of Fame, Latta Plantation.
