About our home

This mountain house has an open floor plan, great for entertaining. The great room has open beams, wood ceilings, and a stunning wrap-around view of the continental divide. There are 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fireplace, woodstove, indoor hot tub and modern appliances. The second family room can also be used as a fifth bedroom. It has a fireplace, its own TV, pull-out couch, and separate garden level entrance. There is a spacious redwood deck off the dining area and a viewing porch off the living room. It has a very private feel.

This area has some of the best Winter activities found in Colorado. There is downhill skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Sol Vista - all within 20 minutes. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and sleigh rides are available at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb.

Summer activities include hiking, biking, golf, fishing and river-rafting. Nearby golfing is available at Sol Vista, Pole Creek, and Arrowhead to name a few. There is great fishing on the Fraser and Colorado Rivers. Rocky Mountain National Park offers hiking, wildlife-viewing, and other sightseeing.
