Italian-style Villa/Farmhouse built from anitque materials imported from France and Italy. 17th C fireplace in living room. Game room with antique pool table, and comfortable library/TV room with 18th C fireplace. Kitchen with gourmet French oven and small additional kitchen close to dining room and outdoor dining. All bedrooms equipped with modern showers. TVs and audio system throughout the house. House sits on 2 1/2 acres of landscaped waterfront property and is aprox. 6500 sq.ft. Small private beach and private fishing pier. Old brick fireplace on the beach. Outdoor waterfront dining.
