Experience Janet and John's converted chapel home for yourself.
Janet and John are a laid-back couple in Derbyshire. John is now retired and Janet works part-time in social care. The couple have been swapping their house, a spacious converted chapel in the beautiful Peak District National Park, for over 12 years. Janet and John have completed a series of swaps and points trips. Previous swap destinations include New Zealand, Spain, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Cambridge and Devon. They also completed two points trips in India this February.
Their home is a beautiful converted chapel in the Peak District national park. Outside there is a garden terrace and open fields for grazing sheep. The Beeley area is a historic village with traditional cottages, a brook, an ancient manor house and an old country church.
Six members have swapped to Janet and John's home and all of them reviewed their stay highly.
"What an amazing week, living in a Methodist Chapel built in 1891, with the real feel of a church maintained throughout while providing all of the comforts and conveniences of a home. The village of Beeley is so quaint, and so nicely located within the Peak District. …We would love to come back to Beeley and The Chapel."- Paul
