When you rent out your home through Love Home Swap there is a small fee for the service that we provide, of 3 to 5 percent of the value of the rental.
All payments are handled securely and are fully covered by our Host Guarantee.
We pay you in Euros, Pounds Stirling, Australian dollars or US dollars depending on which currency you prefer.
We pay you by bank transfer. You can change your billing details under the 'Payment methods' section of 'My Rentals' in your Host account.
As a safety feature, We collect Guest payments when you mutually agree a rental. To ensure peace of mind for both Host and Guest we release the payment 48 hours after the trip has begun. This makes sure that everything is as expected for you and your guest.
Please note that the funds may take up to seven days to appear in your nominated account. This is dependent on your bank and is not within our control.
We release payouts to Hosts 48 hours after the trip has begun in order to ensure both Guest and Host are fully happy with the stay. However, the time it takes to receive a payout after it is released may vary depending on payment method. You will receive an email when we make the payment with your chosen payment method. IBAN means International Bank Account Number. You can find this number on your bank statements. IBAN details alone are not sufficient to debit, withdraw or transfer funds from a bank account; they are used solely to credit or transfer funds into bank accounts.
We take security very seriously. We use appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring financial information such as your billing details.
