Beautiful 4000 sq ft villa with views of the sea from every room. Upon entering you will walk into a large veranda with a stunning view of English Harbour. The veranda has a marble dining table that sits 8 and a sectional couch. This connects to our spacious living space which consists of an open floor plan. The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a large sectional couch with a 75 in TV. Each room connects to the veranda with views of the sea. The walls opens for a fresh breeze throughout the house. Down stairs their is an office space and two very large bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa. Both bedroom have en suites and walk in closets. All rooms downstairs have the opening walls that access another veranda, also with views of the sea. Both bedrooms have A/C. Built into the side of a large hill sets our home in a position that gets a great breeze year round. Outside we have an infinity pool shaped like a grand piano and surrounded by lounge chairs and the incredible view seen throughout the house. The pool has access to a a separate bathroom and outdoor shower. It is also equipped with a ping pong table and bbq. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer. There is private parking on premisis. We have furniture for a child if you need, like a crib, high chair and toys.
