my beautiful home

My home is very nice and comfortable. The house is located on a high street so it has a spectacular view of the city and the mountains. It has three floors, the main floor has a very large living room that is integrated with the kitchen. This makes everyone enjoy the moments to share. It has three beautiful bedrooms. On one side it has two very original rooms, each one has a loft with a staircase, beautiful! These rooms have a bathroom and restroom. Also on this floor there is a toilet and a terrace with a balcony with a beautiful view. Then, on the third floor, there is the main room that has a dressing room and a bathroom. It has a large balcony with an incredible view.
In the basement there is a very nice garden, with trees, with grass and plants, it also has a barbecue, laundry room and garage.
The neighborhood is called Los perales. It is a residential place, with beautiful houses, trees, very close to the mountains and the vegetation. It is a very quiet neighborhood, near the city center and with service areas a few meters away. It is a safe place with beautiful views of the pre-Andes mountain range.
You can go for a run, ride a bike and in a few minutes be in incredible places.
The neighbors are very quiet.

San Salvador de Jujuy is characterized by being located in the foothills of the Andes. In 30 minutes you arrive at the Humahuaca ravine that has unparalleled landscapes, great mountains, sun and a lot of pre-Columbian history.
It is an ideal place for sports, trekking, mountaineering, hiking, bird watching. There are areas of vegetation and puna very close, one never tires of enjoying this place.
