About our home

Our home is comfortable, downstairs we have a large living room full of leather couches and a gas fireplace, dining room with another gas fireplace, a big kitchen where you can dine, a backyard garden with heated swimming pool (we do not heat it during winter since it is too large and becomes too expensive). On the first floor we have ower bedroom with a king and a terrace with view to the garden, 2 rooms with a sommnier each and tv, and another room with queen bed. We have a maid who lives with us on the 3 floor, and would stay in the house because she would take care of ower pets: 3 large dogs, and 2 cats. She is a sweet young lady who will be happy to cook something if you ask her so. Dogs have their own space so you do not get in touch with them unless you desire. She will also be in charge of cleaning since the garden and house need constant attention. We also have a large sea aquarium in middle of the living, infront of some couches, that also needs her attention. We have a "parrilla" in the garden if you want to try with a barbecue. The house is large enough to recieve more than 8 passengers, my kids always invite friends to stay , so we have several matresses for them to sleep on.

More about us

  1. We are Katy and Gonzalo, married couple for 20 years on ower early 40, with 2 teens, 16 and 14.We own a tv. broadcast company, and work together. We want to take the kids to the parks in Florida, or travell anywhere we find interesting, and would like to have time to organize the trip and schedules since both kids go to highschool and can't miss classes. We have never exchanged houses before, this would be a new experience for this family.
