About our home

Light, modern, spacious studio w/large terrace extremely well located for relaxing, study, touring, shopping, and day trips. Apartment features high speed internet, office alcove, cable tv, stereo, fully equipped separate kitchen and dining room, hydromassage bathtub, etc. etc. Though near all, apartment also offers easy access to natural destinations like Tigre Delta, etc. Delta boats, hiking, fishing, etc. are within an hour . . . . also by economical walking and public transportation. Rio de la Plata fishing, and even a beach are within a half hour by bus.

Neighborhood is well located and charming. Mix of young professionals and long time residents in a gentrifying, traditional atmosphere with overtones of Bohemian and artistic. 5 minute walk to the subway or bus leads you without transfers to destinations like world class opera house Teatro Colon, San Telmo antique/tango district, Recoleta museums, night life, and restaurants, all downtown parks and attractions, etc. in less than 30 minutes all for pennies in fares (and no hills). If you want to splurge, taxis are widely available beginning at your front door for a minimum fare of about a dollar. Bohemian charm of Palermo Viejo art/boutique/cafe district is a 10 minute walk to your right from the building entrance, and Palermo Park biking, boating, sunning, running, horseback riding, etc. are a 10 minute walk the other direction.
