About our home

This recently refurbished house used to be once a carpentry and during some years also a theatre. Located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood in the northern area of Buenos Aires called Saavedra (the cradle of Roberto “El Polaco” Goyeneche”, one of the biggest tango singers ever), very well communicated by metro, buses and the train. Great also if you feel like biking. The house is surrounded by a front colonial patio full of plants and a garden on the back. The carpentry of the house was designed and constructed by the carpenter himself which provides an incredible quality to the furniture and makes the space very luminous.
Not far from the river and also you can be in the heart of downtown within a metro 25 minutes ride.
Nice little food shops (great Italian style pizza, nice breweries, bakeries grills and cafes and bars and ice cream shops at walking distance.
But… if you prefer to try your “asador” (griller) skills, our garden has a fantastic grill available.
Very near to Parque Saavedra (Saavedra Park, the biggest in town), cool to go jogging, skating , or for an training (you’ll find groups training) or just for a walk. Twice a week you’ll find a typical market and during the week-ends also an art-crafts market too.
4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a cosy kitchen ready for your delights,, 2 balconies are part of our home very influenced by a Mexican aesthetic (I grew up in Mexico) are part of our blue house. Welcome!
