Exceptionally located apartment in B. Aires

“Everything went smoothly with our stay at Nestor's. Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. Location and entry instructions very clear and easy to follow, as were the instructions for wifi and cable etc (which were displayed on the fridge). The apartment was very modern, clean and very well decorated, with amazing, unobstructed views of the city and shoreline. We found our stay there much more enjoyable than staying at a hotel, and would happily stay there again given the opportunity.”

“We were fortunate to stay in Nestor and Patricia´s apartment for a month over summer. The apartment was very comfortable and communication with Nestor was excellent. The building facilities (gym, pool, kids play area, underground carpark) and security are fantastic, and Nuñez is a lovely neighbourhood to spend time in. It is also a very convenient location, particularly if you have a car as we did. ”

“We were delighted by our stay in Nestor's home in Buenos Aires. Communication with Nestor was quick and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has amazing views of the city. Swimming in the pool and going to the gym was an extra bonus. Although the trip to the city takes some time, we found that this gave us a much better sense of the city than staying closer would have done. There are many dining options nearby and shops to pick up food to cook yourself. We would probably take the bus the few stops to the start of the D train line and take the train into the city if we had our time again. You could not find a better place to be part of the city of Buenos Aires or a more helpful host.”

“Upon arriving on location until we left, we had wonderful communication with Nestor. We found that the home to be comfortable, however, after as many surgeries as I have had, I am in need of a bit more padding on a bed. Otherwise, all other furniture in the home was extremely comfortable. We found that by traveling by bus and tram to the downtown area, it was a lengthy commute; sometimes up to 40 minutes, depending on where you were going. But that is what you get when you choose public transit. Uber was much quicker. The views from the home were spectacular. None could compare. And once security knew you, you received 5* treatment from them. We stayed a total of two weeks and would love to see Buenos Aires in the summer time. It is an amazing city, always on the go! And if you get a chance to see this city, I would highly recommend staying at the home of Nestor and Patricia! Mahalo from Teri and Ken.”

“Before and when we arrived, Nestor and Patricia gave us a lot of information about the apartment and things nearby...very good with communication. Being on a high floor, the views East and South were magnificent!!! There is even a balcony. The apartment has nice bedrooms with closet space, modern bath, full kitchen, and the living room has, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Netflix. We loved the area with many small businesses nearby: groceries, vegetables, dining, pharmacy, etc. A block away, there is also good and inexpensive bus transportation to places all over the city. Also, only a few blocks away is the light rail that goes directly to Tigre and downtown.”
