About our home

Our house is on the base floor of a 1950's modern apartment building located in downtown Buenos Aires, in the best area of the center, close to shops and touristic areas. It is on the busy 9 de Julio road but the apartment has two bedrooms and living room looking towards a gorgeous and quiet garden. The house has a neutered male cat who alternates going in and out, and sometimes sleeps over in other houses around the block. A cleaning service twice a week is also included (also to take care of the cat).
1 Master bedroom with Queen Sized Bed and Full Bathroom with tub.
1 Bedroom with Twin Sized Bed and Bathroom with shower.
1 Small Bedroom with Twin Sized Bed (through stairs).
1 Attic with Twin Sized Bed (through stairs) and Small Bathroom.

More about us

  1. We are a couple with an 11 year old boy.

  2. Our house has a little bit of everything, modern furniture, recycled family gems and treasures from our trips.

  3. We love traveling to new places, good food, skiing, books, live music, nature, mountains and horses (cats and dogs too)... and a nice cup of local tea everywhere we go.

Neighbourhood

The house is located in downtown Buenos Aires, walking distance from theaters, museums and shopping areas.
The area is very safe and on top of that there is a public building in the same block with two policemen on the curb 24/7, so there is no problem for women arriving late at night, taking usual precautions for any big city.
Access is easy as it is located in one of the main city access roads, 9 de Julio. It is surrounded by historical buildings and embassies.
