About our home

We live in a cute little house, on an unpaved street, 20 blocks from the town center. So we are in a quiet place, but not too far from town. You can even ride the bike there.
We love cooking, so the kitchen is an important space in our home. Its big and well equipped so if you like to cook you will love it.
Kitchen and living room are integrated and theres a fire, which we use for warming the house in winter.
We like to call it a "relaxed home all year round" because thats what it inspires in us and the people who usually come here...friends, family and students.
In winter, its a really cozy place to stay in when the sun comes down. Reading on the couch by the fire, having some wine, coffe o mate, listening to music...or even working online in super quiet environment.
In summer, the garden is great to stay out all day. The willow gives a great shadow, ideal for a nap. And the pool is right next to it.
From the kitchen or the living room you exit to a deck with a hammock beautifull for reading or just lying there and relaxing.
The house comes with 6 rescued pets...5 dogs and a cat...but they are not really demanding animals. You just need to feed them, make sure the have water and a little love. They are used to being on their own a lot, and being with eachother.
If you want to go to town, its near by...and San Antonio de Areco has many activities for you. It has a beautiful historic centre with colonial houses. Museums, craft shops, a little river and many activities to do that we can tell you all about if you decide to come...the country and gauchos, of course, are one of the main attractions. In november "Tradition Day" is celebrated and we get lots of tourists...theres a big parade and lots of activities to do so its also a great time to come visit.
