About our home

If you are looking for a country farm life experience, surrounded by vineyards in one of the best wine regions in the new world, look no further … Located inside our 30 acre vineyard / farm we have several vacation rentals. Casa Cuccina is a two-bedroom villa with the gourmet cook in mind This 1290-square foot (120 m2) vineyard villa was built with an eye towards the chef in the family. The villa was inspired by our love of cooking and in honor of the Julia Child of Argentina; Dona Petrona. The kitchen is large and is equipped with gourmet-quality accessories. This is a 2-bedroom villa with private in-suite baths. It features a large, romantic open fireplace, carefully selected antique furnishings, central air conditioning and heat, WiFi and Direct TV . Spectacular views of the Andes are yours to enjoy from the spacious covered verandas.
Casa la Cuccina has two bedrooms with private baths — a king-bed room and a twin-bed room.

Where is it?

On the finca, we offer a wide array of activities for both young and old, the adventurous and the more stay-at-home.
Kids will enjoy our rustic outdoor play equipment, the swing set, and a fun zip-line experience. We also have mountain bikes available so guests can leisurely explore the entire Valle de Uco environs. Or, you can dabble in our gardens and vineyards or stretch your legs on long walks in the quiet countryside.
Whether you enjoy hiking along the streams and rivers, seeing the countryside on horseback, or taking a long siesta on the veranda, you can always find fun activities and entertainment at or near the finca.
In Valle de Uco, you will discover many award-winning, world-class wineries; fabulous, scenic restaurants; white-water rafting on the Rio Tunuyan; or horseback-riding trips into the spectacular nearby Andes Mountains. Further options include taking in a charming local musical or cultural event.
So much to do!
Mendoza City boasts outdoor cafés and lovely tree-lined avenues, attesting to Mendoza’s European heritage. The city, which is situated but a short one-hour drive to the north, is a perfect example of the lively blend of Spanish, Italian and indigenous cultures to be found in Mendoza Province.
The gourmet food and wine possibilities are virtually limitless, and a broad range of dining experiences await. Come revel in world-class New World wines with each delectable meal.
Whatever your interests, just ask and we can help you plan other activities and arrange tours throughout the Province.
Our staff can assist you in fly-fishing the local streams and lakes, or rafting the wild Class-4 rapids on the Mendoza River. Try trekking into pristine alpine valleys, or skiing the huge peaks of the nearby Las Leñas ski resort!
We can also help organize more relaxing activities such as a massage or spa treatment, a cooking class, or wine-tasting tours at any of the nearly 1000 wineries within easy driving distance.
Of course, we know all the best wineries and restaurants and can arrange private tours and wine tastings at your convenience.
From mild to wild, the choice is yours. Let us know so we can help make your visit to Mendoza and Finca Ogawa an unforgettable one.
