About our home

The spacious unit is designed to make the most of the Sunshine Coast weather and ocean views. It has an open plan kitchen/living room. The living area has a double seater couch and 2 tub armchairs with foot stools and TV with DVD player. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 is the parents' retreat which occupies the whole of upstairs with ensuite and television) and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Dining table seats 6 and is on the balcony to take advantage of the views over the swimming pool and gardens to the ocean and breezes. The kitchen bench also seats 4 for meals. The unit was completely refurbished in December 2015 and all appliances were renewed at that time, the curtains and carpets replaced and the unit repainted.

As well the unit was made completely wheelchair accessible and a mobile hoist is included. The unit comes with 1 allocated undercover carpark in a secure garage where 2 bicycles are located. Telstra Air internet access is available in parts of the unit. Plans are underway to add access to Cable TV.

The complex has a reception area staffed during the day, a children's playground and games room. It also has gym and electric BBQ facilities.
It features a 90m free form swimming pool with separate pool areas as well and attractive well maintained gardens.

The area is well served by restaurants and take away operators and the nearby Alexandra Headlands Surf Club is well run with attractive venues, including a delightful breakfast kiosk. The beach is one of the best in Queensland with lifesavers in attendance during the day and a headland nearby. Walking/cycling paths lead in both directions along the ocean front. Shopping is modern with a major centre at Maroochydore and Coles at Mooloolaba. The Sunshine Coast hinterland includes Montville, Maleny and Mapleton. It is a 40 minute drive to Noosa Heads which has high profile restaurants and the National Park as attractions.
