About our home

Designed by a renowned local architect and featured in many magazines and books, our award winning contemporary beachside home is perfectly located at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road and only 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne.
Just one row of houses back from arguably the safest ocean beach in Victoria - Point Roadknight Beach - the house is large enough to accommodate two families enjoying that idyllic beach holiday. Alternatively it is ideal for up to 4 couples to take a well earned break in a relaxed, laid-back environment.
Whether you partake in any of the many activities - surfing, fishing, walking, kayaking, golf etc - or just sit back and relax in this tranquil setting, we are sure you will enjoy your stay at our Beach House.
The Beach - the house is so close to the beach that all you need is your towel and sun tan lotion. No more packing the kids and stuff into the car. The front beach is extremely safe and ideal for young chidren - lifeguard on duty during the summer.
Walks - The back beach is exposed to the ocean and you can walk up to 5 km on the beautiful surf driven sand. Or walk around the beach to Anglesea for a cup of coffee and some shopping. Walk back along the cliff tops and spot the dolphins. There are longer beach and bush walks nearby for the adventurous.
Surfing - Bells Beach, host to the Rip Curl Pro World Tour at Easter, is only 15 minutes away. There are numerous other surf spots in the area.
Fishing - Catch salmon and maybe whiting off the beach or fish for bream in the Anglesea river (great for young kids).
Golf - Play amongst the kangaroos on the famous Anglesea Golf Course
The Great Ocean Road - Drive to Lorne (30 minutes) or Apollo Bay (1.5 hrs) to see all the sights of this spectacular, renowned tourist attraction.
