About our home

Nestled away from, but within easy drive of, the main tourist attractions around Cairns, our rainforest retreat on 6 acres is the perfect place to relax. Your own private crystal clear swimming holes and only 20min to the nearest beach. Our 3br rennovated Queenslander has cable TV and all modern features and sits beside the strong flowing creek. Birds and wildlife abound, and a mangostein orchard and fruit trees border lush green rainforest garden plants in the oldest rainforest in the world. 30 min walk or short bike ride to the stunning Babinda Boulders and national park. Our beautiful well behaved cat, Floyd, lives here - so cat lovers only please. This house is also available for rent and we are open to offers for long term swap arrangements. Please email us at
