Only 15 minutes to the centre of the CBD by bus and ferry and in the middle of Balmain’s harbour side parks, pools, shops, bars and restaurants. Tenandry offers comfort and tranquillity in close proximity to the city.

Tenandry was built in 1882 by Mr John Booth –shipyard owner and the first mayor of Balmain. Mr Booth originally built the pair of semis for two of his seven daughters. In 2012 the home went underwent major renovation and was critically acclaimed through architectural awards and publication. It’s living room was listed as one of Australia’s ’50 Best Rooms’ by House and Garden Magazine.

Its living space connects with a private outdoor courtyard allowing you to take advantage of Sydney’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The home is air conditioned and heated and has a store of toys for any little people who might like to visit.

  1. We are a family with three children. Our eldest son is 13 years old and our twins are 8 years old
