About our home

Our lovely 3 bed 2 bath French Provincial style townhouse won awards when it was built in the 90's. We are very close to three of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast. Our home is very light and airy and very comfortable. We have TV's in every bedroom, a separate computer nook and we are lucky to live in a very friendly neighborhood. there is lots of flora and fauna about and clean clear water for swimming, diving, fishing, surfing or boating. We are part of a very large marine park and are blessed with a pod of dolphins who swim our beaches daily. From September to late November the whales make their way down to the arctic and because they have their calves with them, swim into the bays and beaches, keeping close to the mainland. Their is a very active artists community in the Bay also. Bridge clubs and spectacular golfing in the shire.
My home also comes with a Subaru 4 x 4 optional availability.

Neighbourhood

We live in a lovely neighborhood in Surf Beach. Our home is on the beach side of the road, so no busy road to cross to walk to the beach at the end of our street.
The neighbours look after each other and would jhelp you if and only if you needed it, they are not intusive. The town of Batemans Bay is very popular with visitors, especially at Christmas time when many folk from the Nations Capital, Canberra come down for Christmas, Easter and the Queens birthday weekend in June. There is a great shopping village and a vibrant market on a regular basis, one in particular every Saturday in the neighborouing toen of Moruya which is very popular. LOTS of places to eat on the promenade by The Clyde River. Canberra is a 2 hour drive and a visit could be done in a day to see our beautiful national capital.
