About our home

Situated in a quiet seaside enclave with shops, sand and surf only moments away, this large freestanding fully furnished family home captures the best of the Bondi Beach experience.

Move straight in, unpack and enjoy all the house has to offer.

A divine and romantic original art deco building, the kitchen/living area is open plan and the rooms are spacious and filled with light.

This location is perfect because you are only a four-minute walk from the iconic Bondi beach, where there are endless world-class cafes, restaurants and wine bars, yet the tree-filled street is friendly and quiet.

The guests will have access to the entire house which includes an open plan living room that opens onto a stunning patio. This outside area looks onto a tree-filled scape and sits beneath a beautiful bed of bougainvillea, a vine that has been masterfully grown to provide shade and warmth making it the perfect place to sit, read the paper and relax.

There is one very large master bedroom (king bed) that looks out onto an expansive verandah that is lit up with afternoon sun.

Directly connected to the master bedroom is an ensuite with bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe.

Adjacent to this is another bedroom with a luxury sofa bed that has its own verandah which brings the morning sun through the large french doors.

Downstairs is 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed + a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Where is it?

This is a quiet residential area full of locals who love to live where they are. Yet just minutes away by foot is the vibrant, transient and international life style of Bondi Beach.

Iconic Icebergs swimming pool and eateries are also only minutes away. The view from Icebergs cafe at the south end, along the beach side boardwalk and all the way to the cozy corner of the north end of the beach, all provide endless perspectives of the ocean and every day there is a different yet equally breath-taking sight to see.

North Bondi also provides a swimming pool for children. It is part of the ocean and organically built into the rock.
