Our house is a cute federation semi, recently renovated, with luxury appointments throughout.
We live on a quiet street just moments away from shops, restaurants, cafes and services. Take your pick, it's just 10 minutes walk to Bondi, Tamarama or Bronte beaches.
Plenty of room, friendly neighbours. We store our personal stuff in the master bedroom and yoga studio so the bedrooms and bathrooms you see in the photos are what you get - they will be completely empty and ready to hotel standard:
Guest Bedroom 1 - queen double with wardrobes, shares bathroom with bedroom 2
Guest Bedroom 2 - double with wardrobes, shares bathroom with bedroom 1
Guest Bedroom 3 - upstairs - a small room we normally use for a second TV room, but can sleep 1-2 at a push. We can set it up for you if you need it. Has its own bathroom upstairs.
Steaming services on main TV - Netflix, Prime, Apple and more!

We are a married couple with grown up sons. Jess is a yoga teacher working from her studio upstairs (this is also our storage area and not available) and Steve runs an investment business. We love the beach life and swim and surf all year round. We are looking to swap with owners of similar beautiful homes! We have swapped many times before with Homes for Exchange and other platforms. We will respect and treat your home as we do our own.
Our street is super friendly, with neighbours that are happy to help and make your stay enjoyable. We're just 150 meters away from Bondi Road, which is full of buzzy restaurants and cafes, cool bars and boutiques. Doctors, supermarket and post office within 200 meters of our door.
