About our home

This two bedroom cottage has all the charm of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences of today. It is located in a quiet tree lined street. Stylish decor makes it perfect for a relaxing, romantic getaway.
There is a modern kitchen, with a full size fridge and large Smeg Oven. It is well stocked with all essentials, i.e microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee pod machine etc. The bathroom has been renovated and has a large shower. Relax on the sunny back deck, or take an outdoor shower in the backyard.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two king single beds in the other bedroom. All linen is supplied. There is a washing machine and drier. Fans, Aircon and security screening provide a comfortable stay. Enjoy free WiFi and watch your favourite shows on Netflix or Disney Plus.
It's just a short walk to beach, local parks, shops, and cafes. Watch the sunset on Pumicestone passage. Relax in this beautiful cottage after a day at the beach.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Bribie Island is just 50 minutes north of Brisbane Airport. It is connected to the mainland by bridge.

Buzzy restaurants
From my home you can walk to local cafes and restaurants.
Bit of culture
Make sure you visit the Seaside Museum. The Bribie Island Butterfly House is a fantastic display of winged colour. You can take a guided four wheel drive tour and see the WWII fort along the beach
Walks in the park
Plenty of leafy green parks to choose from. Play grounds for the children, and free exercise equipment for adults at multiple locations along the beach front.
Spot of exercise
Hire a bike, canoe, kayak or jetski. Plenty of great tracks and pathways for walking or to ride a bicycle.
