We have a home that is created for family fun. One end of our house contains the master bedroom which has an open ensuite with a huge bath. The room has double doors which open directly out to the sparkling pool. Then we have our living areas with a very comfortable lounge room which contains a fireplace and home entertainment system where we all laze about and have movie nights. We have a combined kitchen, dining and living which overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and playground. There is also a playroom with lots of toys, books, a craft table, an air hockey table, piano and big comfy chair for mum/dad or grandma to join in the sing a long. Then we have 3 bedrooms - one is our son's room with a double bed and a superhero wall, another with a king size bed and the last has 2 twins beds which can be zipped together to make another king bed.
Outside we have a beautiful pool which is solar heated (not that it is needed in an Australian summer) and next to it a BBQ entertaining area with table & chairs and comfy lounges. This overlooks the playground with a massive trampoline, a fort and swing area and a cubby house. We have a garage that contains a complete home gym and houses bikes, scooters, a little electric car and surfboards and stand up paddle boards.
We also have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and a little zippy red Audi A1 which we are happy to include in the swap.
The Gold Coast is a metropolitan region south of Brisbane on Australia’s east coast. Boasting 52km of golden beaches, 300 sunny days and millions of visitors each year, the Gold Coast serves up a steamy cocktail of sun, surf, sand and activity. This is one of the best places to learn to surf in Australia, so grab a longboard while you're here. Behind Surfers Paradise's famous beach is a shimmering strip of high-rise apartments, restaurants, bars, clubs and theme parks, where the fun can suck you into a dizzying vortex and spit you back out, happy but exhausted. The hype settles as you head south: Broadbeach is sandy and chic; Burleigh Heads has seaside charms; and Coolangatta is known for its laid-back surfer vibe. Don't miss the Gold Coast's lush subtropical hinterland – including Lamington and Springbrook National Parks – whose delights include rainforest walks, spectacular waterfalls, wineries, sweeping views and private mountain retreats.
