About our home

This bright open renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex property has quality furnishings, original art work throughout, high ceilings and polished floorboards that all creates a cosy ambience. The property is pet friendly.
The new kitchen features dishwasher, gas cooking, electric oven and stone benches. French doors open out from the open lounge/dining area to an alfresco area (which has outside lighting). The kitchen is well equipped with filtered water, microwave, Thermomix, toaster, kettle, juicer, mixmaster, pizza maker and deep fryer. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The new bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet with a large mirror and IXL Tastic lighting, heating and fan
The light main bedroom is at the front of the property. It has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, reverse cycle air-conditioner, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers.
The second bedroom/study has a double wall bed, reverse cycle air-conditioner, desk, full length mirror, and miners couch.
The windows open in both bedrooms, they have locks as well as security screens. Plantation shutters cover both bedroom windows.
The laundry has a washing machine, there is a clothesline outside.
The property is secure with off street parking for 2 vehicles. The front and back doors as well as all windows have security screens. There is a secure gate that provides privacy in the alfresco area that opens up if required to provide secure undercover parking for one vehicle. There is parking through the main gates at the front of the property for one vehicle. The front gate can be secured with a lock if required. There are sensor lights at the front and alfresco area.
There is a small easy to maintain garden with established leafy green overhanging trees and plants with a small amount of lawn that gives a relaxing feel to the property. There is a clothesline and small garden shed in the back yard. The property is situated in a no through road which ensures a very quiet street however the property does back onto the railways line.

The property is a 10 minute walk to Plant 4 which is a space for fine food, events, markets, family, friends and fun. There is an IGA supermarket that is open late 7 days a week. There are a number of cafes in close vicinity - Hawker St Cafe, Jarmers, and Loose Caboose being the standouts. Public transport to Adelaide CBD is available via bus 10 mins (bus stop 3 min walk from 15 Trembath), train (North Adelaide or Bowden stations are a 10 minute walk) tram is 10 minute walk at the Entertainment Centre. There are a number of close recreational facilities including free tennis courts 10 minute walk, soccer fields, playgrounds, community garden, bike and walking trails, North Adelaide golf course 5 minute walk, North Adelaide Fitness Centre 3 min walk that takes casual rates with no contracts and Adelaide Aquatic Centre (15 min walk)
