About our home
We live in a brand new apartment, part of an exclusive community called Breakfast Point. 15k away from the centre of Sydney. Local view point of new year fireworks or ferry ride into the heart of the action. There are waterfront walkways with pretty tree lined streets and parks all around. Breakfast Point is a quiet and peaceful suburb for you to relax in and enjoy the sunshine.
Our property is a 2 storey ground floor unit, with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is a balcony off the bedroom with seating for an afternoon rest or book. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which has 3 metre high ceilings and full wall of glass doors opening onto the courtyard.
There is a small room, currently our daughters nursery and powder room downstairs too.
One car parking space available in garage.
There is overnight security patrol.
In the local area are lots of cafes, a local pub and a few restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. A large array of cafes and restaurants, supermarket, butchers, etc 5 minute drive way on Majors Bay Road.
An outdoor pool is available in Cabarita which can be reached using the waterfront walkways.
