About our home

Our quaint low set semi-detached Villa is one in a group of thirteen built in 1996. It is Strata Title and privately owned. The external covered area is well patronised as our mild winters and warm to hot summers lend themselves to a lot of outdoor living and eating. The Webber BBQ therefore is well utilised. A one minute walk will take you to the local shopping centre which contains a 24 hour gymnasium, pizza shop, Thai Restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, Post office, newsagent, butcher, medical centre etc. A three minute walk will take you to the waterfront of Moreton Bay. The main bedroom incorporates an en-suite and a walk in robe. The second bedroom contains a double bed while the study can also be used as a third bedroom. There is an open plan living area comprising Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge. A small lawn and garden area at the front of the Villa are neatly maintained. As well there are: a small laundry, single garage and carport. Located at Brighton, the Villa is a distance of 22km from the Brisbane CBD and 10 km from the Redcliffe CBD. Public Transport to Brisbane City and Redcliffe City 'pass by the front door'. Cycle path networks provide the opportunity to cycle safely to both Redcliffe and Brisbane. Two bicycles 'live at the Villa'. As retirees we down-sized and love our home which is located in a very quiet semi-gated complex.
