About our home

We have a spacious modern home in the leafy western suburbs of Brisbane. The house has verandahs from each of the three bedrooms and a large paved entertaining area off the lounge room. There is a fireplace for winter but the house is cool and open for the summer with high natural timber ceilings.

Our names are Colin and Sue and we have exchanged homes before and always enjoy the experience. We love to travel and now that our children have moved out there will be more opportunities for us to get away. We have a little dog who loves people but we can place her with relatives.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Brisbane city centre is a 20 minute bus trip away. The suburb has many trees and borders the Brisbane Forest park for walking, picnics and barbeques. The Gold Coast is one hours drive to the south with the Sunshine Coast an hour to the north. There is a golf club one kilometre away.
