The Space
My lovely home is in the perfect holiday location!
Central to everything. A spacious sunny, leafy courtyard apartment in the highly desired Kangaroo Point area. I LOVE living here and so will you. It has everything you need for a relaxing or fun filled holiday. You just need to choose which one or do both.
Airy, modern, tiled throughout keeps it cool in Summer and with the full Winter sun, it stays warm in Winter. All new kitchen appliances:

Pyrolytic oven, self cleaning
Induction microwave
Breville coffee machine, milk frother

Dine inside or out under cover all year round. Main bedroom with en-suite, spare bedroom opposite large main bathroom with bath has leafy outlook with it's own entrance to the courtyard.
Getting Around
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!! FREE river ferries, catch the City Cat or bus. Dockside, cafes, river walks, cycling path, restaurants only 2 mins walk. Walk to the Gabba, city or Fortitude Valley entertainment precinct across the Story Bridge. Catch a free ferry to explore Brisbane riverside restaurants, Botanical Gardens, Southbank.
Gyms, choice of three, shops and two of the best pubs within walking distance!
One hours drive to the Gold Coast beach and theme parks to the south, or beautiful Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Maleny hinterland to the north. THE place to stay in Brisbane!

Only 20 minutes from Brisbane airport by taxi.
Airport transfer shuttle picks up/drops off 200 meters down the street.

She left lots of helpful hints of restaurants and shopping which we found very helpful. The location was excellent and most things were walking distance. It is a peninsular on the river across from the CBD. Access by free ferry, buses or a twenty minute stroll across the Story Bridge.
