Our much loved home is right on the waterfront at the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The luxury property has4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, jacuzzi, fully equipped cinema and media room with gym. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel European appliances, double dishwashers, espresso coffee machine and overlooks the private in-ground swimming pool. There is a large outside entertainment area, perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean. As the property is right on the water, you can fish right off the back deck and has it's own private boat ramp with all the water toys for your use - fishing rods, paddle bots, crab pots and surfboards.

Pauline and her family were lovely, the communication was brilliant and Pauline was very helpful, including dealing very promptly with questions we had whilst at the property. We loved the layout of the house around the pool and really enjoyed the waterways out the back especially taking advantage of the generous loan of their boat and paddle boards. ”
“We had a wonderful time In Pauline's Home. The house is even nicer than the pictures show! They have a beautiful new pool, which is super for cooling down in, on hot summer days. We loved the location of their home between the river and the beach. There is great shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby at Kawana shopping centre. We used their home as a base to explore Fraser Island, Eumundi, Noosa, Calhoundra, Buderim and Australia zoo. Pauline was very helpful during the process of the swap and supplied us with great information before and on our arrival. Would highly recommend the whole experience.”
