Australia's beaches are legendary and there are many miles of long beaches with soft white sand and beautiful warm surf. Only 10 minutes drive away. You can learn to surf, paddleboard, sail, dive etc etc.
Our winter climate is also legendary with usual clear blue skies and average temperatures maxing at 27C during the day from a minimum 17C at night.
With all the wildlife abounding outside we regret there are no parties, no hen's or buck's nights, no sporting groups, no smoking, no pets allowed. Please be considerate of our lovely neighbours by minimising noise after 10 pm - you can live life to the full here so may well be looking for an early night anyway!
