It is a unique home, of approx 500m2 wrapped around a large inground pool, 3 outdoor undercover living areas, 2 indoor living areas with a large deck overlooking extensive golf course, bush and lake views.

The house has extensive glassed areas and large bi-fold and stacker doors providing generous cooling sea breezes even in the heat of summer. With timber floors, granite benchtops, and high ceilings, our home has a beautiful ambience.
Pelican Waters is a beautiful, quiet golf course community of new modern homes set between the ocean and the bush.
