About our home

We live in a two story beach house three hundred meters from a surf beach. Upstairs is the lounge dining room and open plan kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. Upstairs is a hifi and cd player. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest room upstairs with its own private bathroom. The lounge opens up onto a large deck overlooking the inground pool and BBQ. The upstairs has polished floors with carpets in the bedrooms. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is an office and spacious laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a family room with TV ,hifi, video player and dvd player. The family room opens up onto the pool and garden. The down stairs is tiled throughout with carpets in the bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms and office are airconditioned. The house has been fully renovated as it was originally an old beach house built in 1954. We are very house proud and have lived here since 1990.

More about us

My name is Kelly ,I am 50 years old and a qualified accountant. I work part time as well as looking after the household and our two children. I enjoy reading, keeping fit, tennis, good food and good wine. My husband Andre is 59 years old and is a builder who works overseas as a constructioon supervisor in PNG. He is very interested in sailing, surfing and diving. We have two children; Aidan is 19 yrs old, lives in Brisbane and is studyiing at university.; Natalie is 17 years old and she loves netball meeting new friends and socialising. We as a family love camping and travelling. We have travelled fairly extensively through Australia and have visited Vietnam and Thailand and a few yaers ago did an exchange with a family from France. We are keen to visit other countries and enjoy their culture. We are a very considerate family who repect other peoples property. We will treat your home as we do our own and that is with pride and consideration.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Caloundra is a coastal town 100km north of Brisbane in an area called the Sunshine Coast. We live in a friendly neighbourhood only three hundred metres from the patrolled surf beach. Within walking distance we have four restaurants and a surf club. There are many bicycle and walking tracks along the sea front. Our town is well served by supermarkets and speciality stores and fine dining restaurants.We also have two local golf clubs nearby one of which was designed by Greg Norman.Pumistone Passage is a beautiful waterway very close to us which provides sailing,skiing,fishing kayaking etc.We are close to three beautiful hinterland towns which are elevated and provide wonderful views of the coast. These areas also have many speciality stores and restaurants. We are very close to Noosa which is famous for its beautiful beach, restaurants and National Parks and where one can see koalas in the wild. Steve Irwins Australia Zoo is only 30 mins away showcasing many of Australia native animals.
