About our home

This is a unique three bedroom home with glorious water views overlooking Clontarf beach and the Spit bridge. Two bedrooms are located on the top level each with their own private bathroom. The master ensuite has panoramic views with its own bath. The third bedroom is on the lower floor and is part of self contained apartment which would be great for older children, grandparents or nannies.
The apartment on the lower ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom, and sliding doors out to a large terrace with BBQ and loungers.
The main living area has a protected courtyard, dinning area, gas fireplace, huge outside terrace and outside kitchen.
The terrace has heaters for cooler nights and awning for those hot summer days as well as uninterrupted views of Clontarf beach and the Spit. There is lift access from the upper street level to the main living level.
The beach has access from the property via the stairs. Sand, sea and sun awaits!
The home is also on the famous Spit to Manly walk so from the property you could walk along the foreshore all the way around to Manly.
Seaforth village and Manly are only a short drive away. The 'Hop, Skip and Jump' shuttle bus service leaves from just nearby taking you to Stocklands Balgowlah shopping mall and on to Manly.
On the Spit Bridge, which is a 20 minute walk around the foreshore you will find many good restaurants, including two hatted Ormeggios and family favourite Plonk.
