The end result is a gorgeous custom home which is warm in winter and cool in summer, with plenty of light and open space that lends itself to a relaxed and comfortable holiday break at any time of year.
This three bedroom open plan house features top-of-the-line furnishings, easy living, indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation, and a solar heated lap pool for relaxation.

Entertainment comes via a 55-inch LCD television in the lounge section of the open space house. There is also a wall-mounted 32-inch LCD TV in the kitchen/family space. A Blu-Ray DVD player is available for your movies and music, and the house is fitted with an A-Bus system that allows you to dock your IPod or IPhone in either of two locations and play any of your own music collection through the study, kitchen/family space, or the outdoor dining area via overhead speakers. .
The 12-metre lap pool runs along the eastern side of the house, and is warmed by the hydronic solar system.
Three large hardwood bi-fold and sliding doors open the entire northeast quadrant of the house to the outdoor decks and the covered outdoor entertainment area, which has a table for four, and a large day bed seat.
If cooking is something you wish to avoid during your stay, the walkway to the beach has the delightful Beachstone Cafe and coffee shop halfway along. Excellent breakfasts, lunches and coffee can be enjoyed here in this covered outdoor patio cafe with adjacent park and children's playground.
