About our home

The Villa is located on the top level of our home, with its own entry and street access. There are two bedrooms and a living area, plus a kitchenette/laundrette.
There are two beds - one is a king bed and the other is a queen bed.
The rooms are spacious and have mirrored built in robes, and fans.
I have also placed two single mattresses under the king bed so that two extras can stay - they can be moved to the living area or moved out from under the bed for a child or fifth/sixth guest.
The living area has a table and lounge and TV, with a chrome cast so you can watch whatever you like. There is unlimited Wifi.
All the rooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious balcony that looks out of the treed suburb of Diggers Beach. If you hang over the glass balustrade you can look down onto our private pool. This is below the balcony but sitting up there it's not a problem. it's all completely separate.
The kitchenette was renovated from being the main bathroom vanity, so it's not huge but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it's just not the size of the normal kitchen and doesn't have an oven. It has a microwave, bar fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender, coffee machine, sandwich press, cooktop with saucepans and frypan, plus all the other items needed to prepare meals.
Our home is located within 300m of the most lovely beach on the Coffs Coast. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the end of the headland with beautiful views to Coffs Harbour and the jetty and marina, or north, looking over Diggers Beach and the headlands and bushland. Or in the same amount of time you can walk to the beach. It's a great surfing beach, very popular with the locals.
Aanuka Beach resort is close to the beach and you walk or drive past it to the beach. They have a couple of restaurants and great coffee. So you could go there for dinner and walk home if need be.
Otherwise, the Jetty Strip and Marina with lots of choices of restaurants are only a five minute drive away.

The Airport is a ten minute drive away.

The famous Big Banana and Fun Park are just across the highway, about a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive.
Sealy Lookout is a 10 minute drive with great views out over the city of Coffs Harbour and the ocean. The Tree Tops Adventure Park is up there also, and takes bookings 7 days a week, and it's super fun for the kids and young at heart!
Dorrigo National Park is an hour's drive away and there you will find amazing bush walks, waterfalls and a beautiful drive through gorgeous country, with cows, trees, cliff drop offs.... lots to see and do. On your way to Dorrigo you could stop off at Bellingen for coffee, lunch, shopping... it's the Nimbin/Byron Bay of the Coffs Coast ...
All in all, we believe we live in one of the best spots in the world, plenty to see and do, and the perfect climate.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home. X
