About our home

Our house is north facing in a sunny hillside in a quiet suburb. In front of the house is a concrete area, great for sitting outside, with a charcoal BBQ. Overlooking paddocks frequented by kangaroos (no kidding) and a park. It has a rural feel while still part of town. The house is 5 minute bike ride from the beach and our bikes are available for use! Near a shopping centre and Ideal for kids. Lego, boardgames and We have wifi in the house, flatscreen tv with PS4 game console.
We have some birds in outdoor cage, 2 chicken with free eggs and a cat which mostly minds its own business, but which will need some food from time to time. If that is a bother we can make arrangements with the neighbours.

The house is accessible for disabled and small children.A tree house in the garden and trampoline makes it fun. Inside the living room and kitchen are open floor plan, with an elevated timber ceiling, which keeps it cool in summer. This takes up most of the front of the house. A wall divides the house longitudinally into two, with 2 bedrooms and laundry coming out into the Living Room / kitchen area. The master bedroom is ensuite and can be reached through the TV room with piano. The 4th bedroom also enters into the TV room.

The car (4WD Nissan patrol) is available on request but pick up has to be discussed as it will be in Perth near the Airport. There are many 4WD tracks around and the beaches are endless. Great exploring, fishing and hiking can be done, as well as canoeing on the rivers and inlets. All in all a great location on the Southern most tip of Western Australia.
