Top floor flat in 3 storey building, with period features, overlooking park and full length of beach and beyond.
Close to shops, restaurants and cafes and very regular buses to Randwick, Bondi Junction and the city.
2 bedrooms , one with queensize the other with double bed, both with wardrobe and drawer storage.
Spacious entertaining space with open-plan kitchen dining and sitting room withstanding view of Coogee Beach.
Small friendly building with shared laundry room.
“We had a wonderful stay with a million dollar view over the beach. The beautiful beach was literally at the front door. Our host was excellent to deal with. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants. We had lovely walks. along the beautiful coast line. Easy access to busses into the city and surrounding areas. It is a great holiday destination. Many thanks to our host for making the apartment available to us. ”

“Our stay at Margareta's apartment was perfect from beginning to end. Margareta was very quick to respond and communicated with us throughout our stay. The apartment was just right for us as two adults who love the beach. The view over Coogee beach and the ability to cross the road and be on the sand, were both a big plus. The place was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed, and Margareta was extremely generous in offering us the use of everything in her kitchen, making space for us to properly unpack, and being flexible with our arrival and departure. The apartment is in a charming old block with a lot of character and high ceilings, and it was extremely quiet. All you could hear at night was the sound of the waves. There is no onsite parking but we didn't have any problem finding street parking. The laundry is on the ground floor and is a shared facility, but again, there are multiple washing machines and plenty of clothes line space, so we never found it a problem to do washing. Thank you both for your warm welcome and for sharing your lovely home with us!”
